चालेल्या डिजिटलायझेशन दुनिया मध्ये खूप काही असे सोपे होत चाले आहे. मग ते काम सरकारी असो नाहीतर खाजगी.  आपल्या देश्याच्या  केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी 2022-23 या आर्थिक वर्षासाठीचा अर्थसंकल्प सादर केला. त्यात त्यांनी असे जाहीर केले कि आपल्या देशात ज्या प्रकारे डिजिटलायझेशन चालू आहे गती भेटत आहे.  आपल्या देशात डिजिटलायझेश मध्ये जन्म दाखला,मृत्यू दाखला, उत्पनाचा दाखल,वास्तव्यचा दाखला आश्या खुप साऱ्या सुविधा आपल्याला डिजिटल रूपात भेटत आहेत. त्यात अजून एक सुविधा आपलयाला भेटत आहे ती म्हणजेच जमिनीचे डिजिटल रेकॉर्ड तयार करण्याची याने देशातील डिजिटलायझेशनला गती भेटेल.  यासाठी 'वन नेशन, वन रेजिस्ट्रेशन' हा उपक्रम केंद्र सरकार राबवणार असल्याचं त्यांनी म्हटलं या नवीन अर्थसंकल्पेत जमिनीचे मोजमाप केले जाईल त्यानंतर प्रत्येक तुकड्याला एक ओळख क्रमांक दिला जाणार आहे. या तुकड्यालाच Unique Land Parcel Identification Number म्हणजेच ULPIN असं म्हटलं गेलं आहे.
